Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the democratic leadership style affects employee performance and to determine the financial incentives affect the performance of employees of PT. Pratama Galuh Perkasa Kota Cilegon In conducting this research, the writer used quantitative descriptive analysis approach, namely by way of evidence collection information and other data necessary to then be processed and analyzed down to a conclusion. The population in this study are employees of PT. Pratama Galuh Perkasa Kota Cilegon, based on the information management of human resources, the number of employees by 120 employees altogether. The sample is calculated based on the formula Slovin, then to determine the sample size used formula Slovin, the sample was set at 55 respondents The results of this study in the first hypothesis there is a positive and significant influence among the democratic leadership style on the performance of employees at PT. Pratama Galuh Perkasa Kota Cilegon (the hypothesis is accepted) while the correlation value of 0.549 (positive) and has a contribution rate the relationship is, it means the value of leadership style democratic increasing the performance of employees will be increased, while the second hypothesis incentive a significant difference between incentives financially to the performance of employees at PT. Pratama Galuh Perkasa Kota Cilegon it supports the hypothesis (Accepted) partial correlation coefficient variable financial incentives to employee performance while style democratic leadership as a control variable, the correlation values of 0.464 (positive) with the level of contribution of the relationship is, it means the value of financial incentives increasing the performance of employees will increase as well.
