Abstract

The purpose of this study to determine the effect of leadership style on work motivation. The influence of organizational culture on work motivation. Leadership style influence on employee performance. The influence of organizational culture on employee performance. And the effect of work motivation on employee performance. In this research method used for analyzing used descriptive method. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire with Likert scale measurement. Determination of the sample using a population of 82 respondents who use methods of data analysis and product moment correlation coefficient. From the calculation results SPSS v.20 program, based on research results with significance level of 5% was obtained conclusions: (1) Leadership Style to Work Motivation obtained from the results of hypothesis testing thitung> t table (1.028> 1.989) then H0 and H1 rejected; (2) Cultural Organization on work motivation derived from the results of hypothesis testing tcount <t table (2.115> 1.989). Then H0 and H2 is accepted; (3) the Employee Performance Leadership Style derived from hypothesis testing results tcount <t table (0.116 <1.989). Then H0 and H3 rejected; (4) Organizational Culture on Employee Performance results obtained from testing the hypothesis thitung> t table (0,564 <1,989). Then H0 and H4 is rejected; (5) Work Motivation on Employee Performance results obtained from testing the hypothesis tcount <t table (5.667> 1.988). Then H0 and H5 received, on PT. Nippon Shokubai Indonesia Cilegon-Banten. Keywords: Leadership Style, Organizational Culture, Employee Performance, and work motivation.
