Abstract

This study tests the influence of the organization behavior factors to the Local financial Accounting System in SKPD Banten Province . The examined factors of this research are support leader, clarity of purpose , training , and use of information technology as the independent variable, while the local financial accounting system as the dependent variable. The sample consists of 15 SKPD in Banten Province. The data that was used in this research was primary data and selected by using purposive sampling method. The researcher uses IBM Statistical Package for Social Science Statistical Software (SPSS) version 20 for data analysis. Type of model used in this study is multiple regression. The result of this study shows that organizational behavioral factors such as boss support has positive and significant influence to the local financial accounting system. Clarity of purpose has positive and significant influence to the local financial accounting system. Training has positive and significant influence to the local financial accounting system. The use of information technology has positive and significant influence to the local financial accounting system.
