Abstract

This study aimed to analyze The Effects Effectiveness and Authority of the Audit Committee have explicit rights to the Objectivity of the Internal Auditor on a manufacturing company located in the Province of Banten. The analysis method of this research use multiple regression models. The data were processed using IBM software Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) 2.0. The study adopted a survey research design. The Data collected by distributing questionnaires to the respondents, the respondents in this study is Internal Auditor, Chief Executive Audi and Audit Committee the work in the company manufaktur are enrolled in the indonesia stock exchange. Of the 306 questionnaires, questionnaires which can be processed 73 questionnaires. The results of this study indicates that Effectiveness audit committe, Authority of the Audit Committee have explicit rights in the work chief executive Internal Auditors affect Objectivity of the Internal Auditor.
