Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the Preventive Discipline, to know Non Physical Work Environment, to determine the Intrinsic Motivation, to determine the performance of employees, to determine the influence of Preventive Discipline, Work Environment and Physical Non Intrinsic Motivation to employee performance. Data used in this study are primary and secondary data. The method used in this descriptive method and the method verikatif. The samples used were 60 respondents, calculated using census and data analysis using SPSS 20.0. Based on the analysis using SPSS 20 is known that multiple regression equation Y = -7.471 + 0.488 X1 + 0.538 X2 + e + 0,245X3 multiple correlation coefficient (R) = 0, 799 which means that there is a strong and significant relationship between Preventive discipline, Work Environment and Physical Non Intrinsic Motivation on Employee performance, while the remaining 12.1% is explained by other causes outside the model. And the results of the test F known that Fhitung> Ftabel (79.395 greater than 2.81) and a significance level of 0.000 <0.05 then the regression model can be used to predict employee performance (Y) or the Preventive Discipline is said that the variable (X1), Environment Non Physical Work (X2), and Intrinsic Motivation (X3) jointly influence on employee performance variable (Y).
