Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the influence of work discipline , incentives and job satisfaction toward employee’s performance. Variabel used in this study are work discipline (X 1 ), incentives (X 2 )and job satisfaction (X )toward employee’s performance (Y). The study use quantitative research in accordance with questionnare and survey. The technique of collecting sample use the non probability sampling method of census sampling with 66 respondents. Variabel used in this study are work discipline, incentives and job satisfaction as the independen variabel and employee’s performance as a dependent variable. Analisis method used used in this study is the multiple linier regresions. Statistical Package For the Social Science Version 20 program is used for the process and the research. The result has indicate that :(1)Partially,work discipline from significantly influence the employee’s performance, it is shown by the result of T > T table ( 6,196 > 1,997)by using the evident level of 0,05, so that H is received. (2)Partially, incentives from significantly influence the employee’s performance, it is shown by the result of T arithmethic > T table a ( 2,899 > 1,997) by using the evident level of 0,05, so that H is received. (3)Partially, the job satisfaction significantly influence the employee’s performance, it is shown by the result of T a > T table ( 2,148 > 1,997)by using the evident level of 0,05, so that H is received. Based on the test, the coefficient of determination, these three variabel coeficient corelation very strong influnce, proven by r = 0,893 in which guidelines to provide interpretation made by Sugiyono in the interval of 0,80-1,000 to 0,893 which is included as a very strong category. Keywords : work discipline , incentives, job satisfaction ,employee’s performance.
