Abstract

The study aims to determine the effect of Discipline Work and Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance section HRD Bank Mua’malah Cilegon. The sampling technique in this study using a questionnaire and testing techniques of data used in this study include the validity and realibility. Data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis and asumsi classic test, using SPSS version 20. From the results of the discussion and the results of calculations using the SPSS program summary obtained models R Square of 0.313 means that the contribution of Discipline Work and Job Satisfaction of the Employee Performance corrective amounted to 31,1% and the remaining 68,7% is influenced by other factors outside of this research. Based on the results of hypothesis testing between discipline work the Employee Performance obtained tcount> ttable 2.239 <2.0117 and significant 0.03 , it can be concluded there is a positive significant relationship between discipline work to employee performance, and the results of hypothesis testing between the Employee Performance job satisfaction obtained tcount> ttable 2.551>2.0117 and significant 0.014 then it can be concluded there is a positive significant influence between job satisfaction to employee performance.
