Abstract

This study aims to provide empirical evidence of the influence of "Influence of Diagnostic Control System and Interactive Control System to The Organizational Performance: Moderated By Organization Lifecycle ". This researchrefers to research Sophia Su, Kevin Baird, Herb Schoch (2014). This research was conducted at the manufacturing companies in the province of Banten. Sample as many as 100 people were taken from 25 companies were selected by purposive sampling technique, but only 66 questionnaires can be processed. Collection research is collected by direct survey using questionnaires to middle manager of a manufacturing company that was chosen as the respondent, where as the measurement data using 5 likert scale (scale 1 - very agree; up to the scale of 5 - strongly agree). The research were analyzed by using the approach of Structural Equation Model (SEM) program Smart PLS (Partial Least Square) version 2.0. The results of this study revealed that the Diagnostic Control System and Interactive Control System positive and significant impact on Organizational Performance. Additionally Diagnostic Control System Moderated By Organisation Lifecycle significantly streng then the Organization Performance.
