Abstract
Sub Sector Mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange list is a sub company of the mining sector has been Go Public. Mining sub-sector company listed on the Stock Exchange is a company comprised of various companies in the field of distributed sub-sector coal mining, oil and gas, metals and minerals and rocks. The method used is quantitative methods. Design used in this study consisted of descriptive associative design. Data was collected with a literature study and documentation of the company's financial statements. Samples were determined in this study were 8 companies. Research data processing is done by using the statistical tool SPSS Version 17. Based on the results of data processing, it is known that the value of F count> F table (9.759> 5.786), it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant effect of devident payout ratio and price to book value simultaneously on stock returns in the mining sub-sector company BEI .
