Abstract

Communication Development is a key tool exchange of messages between the government and the public. Citizen journalism carried out by residents in the Ciomas District into media aspirations at realisation repair roads PalimaCiomas. This study aims to determine how news is displayed and analyze factors behind citizens do aspired improvement of citizen journalism in road PalimaCiomas. By using qualitative methods konstruktivism paradigm, this study attempts to study the activities of citizen journalism carried out by residents in the Ciomas District. Based on the results showed residents Ciomas subdistrict use the media to aspire to repair Roads Palima-Ciomas by writing comments on social media, create a report written on bloghouse, criticized the news media, and post the latest news on local media online. While the news is displayed by the citizens of Ciomas subdistrict related to road improvement projects and other things that affect development in Ciomas district area. The factors behind them is an urgent need, a desire to improve the aspirations of the citizens and facilitate the planning and implementation of government development programs relating to the needs of citizens.
