Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the influence of infrastructure and private investment to economic growth in the Province of Banten. This study was conducted using data panel analysis with fixed effect model method (FEM) with the period of the study from the year 2007 to 2014. This study uses the software Eviews-8. The results of the panel data analysis with (FEM) methods, infrastructure and private investment jointly significant effect on economic growth in the province of Banten. From the results stated that the infrastructure variables significantly influence the probability value of 0.0000 and private investment with a significant impact probability value of 0,0000. And the calculated F value of 11,81707 to 0,000000 smaller probability of α = 10%, so it can be concluded that two independent variables, namely infrastructure and private investment jointly significant effect on economic growth in Provimsi Banten. With the R 2 value of 0,6740530 and 67,40% mark that affect economic growth in the Province of Banten. Keywords: Economic Growth, Infrastructure and Private Investment.
