Abstract
This study titled "The Effect of Perception of Costing System on Performance, through Intensity of Use and Psychological Empowerment", aimed to analyzing the influence of the employees’ perception on costing system for implementation Costing System in hospitals and clinics to Performance. And through the intervening variables are Intensity of Use and Psychological Empowerment. The research was conducted at the hospital and clinic employees who directly connected with this systems. Sources of data obtained from field research in particular by distributing questionnaires to acquire primary data using purposive sampling method. The results showed: Perception of Costing System has positive effect on the intensity of use, Perception of Costing System has positive effect on Psychological Empowerment, and Psychological Empowerment has positive effect on performance. Research on the Perception of Costing System adds to our understanding of the role of perception in improving employee performance.

Additional Information: | Penelitian ini dengan judul “Pengaruh Persepsi atas Costing System Terhadap Kinerja, melalui Intensitas Penggunaan Sistem dan Pemberdayaan Psikologis”, bertujuan untuk manganalisa bagaimana pengaruh persepsi pegawai atas implementasi Costing System pada rumah sakit dan klinik terhadap Kinerja. Serta melalui variabel intervening yaitu Intensitas Penggunaan Sistem dan Pemberdayaan Psikologis. Penelitian dilakukan pada pegawai rumah sakit dan klinik yang berhubungan langsung dengan sistem ini. Sumber data diperoleh dari field research, yaitu dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner untuk memperoleh data primer dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukan : Persepsi atas Costing System berpengaruh positif terhadap Intensitas Penggunaan Sistem, Persepsi atas Costing System berpengaruh positif terhadap Pemberdayaan Psikologis, dan Pemberdayaan Psikologis berpengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja. Penelitian tentang Persepsi atas Costing System menambah pemahaman kita tentang peran persepsi pegawai dalam meningkatkan Kinerja. | |||||||||
