Abstract
In Indonesia, the development of non-governmental organizations such as the Institute of Zakat which manages zakah, sadaqah donation and thus flourished as a social movement (civil society). It has an impact on the community demands for accountability and transparency height of LAZ. The demands of a challenge for LAZ to good governance. The results of this study are expected to be a reference for the development of the management model of zakat in Indonesia, particularly in the area of Banten province to look at the factors of good governance. With the purposes of this study, the variables studied was the effect of internal control, the influence of total quality management and organizational performance through good governance. And the sample totaled 18 LAZ. The purpose of the study wanted to see the effect of the application of internal control and total quality management on organizational performance through good governance, either partially or simultaneously. The method used is purposive sampling. While data analysis tool used is SEM with PLS approach. The data collection techniques used were questionnaires.

| Additional Information: | Di Indonesia, perkembangan organisasi non pemerintah seperti Lembaga Amil Zakat yang mengelola dana zakat, infak dan shadaqah demikian menjamur sebagai gerakan sosial (civil society). Hal tersebut berdampak pada tuntutan masyarakat yang tinggi akan akuntabilitas dan transparansi dari LAZ. Tuntutan tersebut menjadi tantangan bagi LAZ untuk melakukan tata kelola yang baik (good governance). Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan menjadi referensi bagi pengembangan model pengelolaan zakat di Indonesia khususnya di wilayah Provinsi Banten dengan melihat faktor-faktor good governance. Sesuai tujuan penelitian ini maka variabel yang diteliti adalah pengaruh pengendalian intern, pengaruh total quality management dan kinerja organisasi melalui good governance. Dan sampel penelitian berjumlah 18 LAZ. Adapun tujuan penelitian ingin melihat pengaruh penerapan pengendalian internal dan total quality management terhadap kinerja organisasi melalui good governance baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah dengan tehnik penentuan sampel dengan pertimbangan tertentu (purposive sampling). Sedangkan alat analisis data yang digunakan adalah SEM dengan pendekatan PLS. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner. | |||||||||
