Abstract

The Research to purposed to learned the influence of granting waste of rice and liquid waste of tofu on the growth and production of oyster mushrooms white (Pleuratus ostreatus). That proper and can product the best white oyster mushrooms. This research was conducted on june to august 2014 at food fungus community development SEAMEO BIOTROP Tajur st KM 6, Bogor, West Java. This research was conducted by using completely randomized design (CRD) by 2 factors. First factor is giving waste rice consisting of four standard : waste of rice 0 (b0), waste of rice 12 gr (b1), waste of rice 24 gr (b2), waste of rice 36 gr (b3), the second factor is giving liquid waste know consisting of four standard liquid waste tofu 0 % (T0), 25% liquid waste tofu + 75% water (T1), 50% liquid waste tofu + 50% water (T2), 75% liquid waste tofu + 25% water (T3). The result of analysis shows that granting waste of rice 12 gr ( b1 ) showing good result to the growth of the mycelium of a fungus for 2 MST. And granting liquid waste of tofu know 50 % + water 50 % give the best results in high parameters of oyster mushrooms. While both treatment does not show the interactions of the all parameter observation
