Abstract

Soil landslide at the slope is one of the most common in the field because due to increase shear stress of a soil mass or a decrease in shear strength of the soil mass. Landslide in Picung Munjul road section caused by excessive burden on the road. This research intend to know how to overcome slope landslide by using a retaining wall. The study is conducted using soil data in Picung Munjul road section. Stability analysis used Fellenius and Bishop methods to find the value of a safety factor of slope stability. Calculation lateral soil pressure use Rankine and Coulomb theories. The stability of retaining wall designed is checked to overtuning moment, sliding force and bearing capacity. The results calculation manual analysis will be compared with on the Geo5 software. The value safety factors of slope stability without retaining walls using Fellinius and Bishop methods resulted 1,195 and 1,238. Calculation manual analysis stability of retaining wall the safety factor overtuning stability, sliding stability and bearing capacity stability are 3,25, 3,74 and 8,52 respectively. While the results analysis stability of retaining wall from Geo5 software the resulted safety factor 3,32, 3,45 and 13,72 respectively. The results show that cantilever retaining wall capable of resist forces that occured.

Additional Information: Kelongsoran tanah pada lereng merupakan salah satu yang paling sering terjadi karena meningkatnya tegangan geser suatu massa tanah atau menurunnya kekuatan geser suatu massa tanah. Kelongsoran pada ruas jalan Picung Munjul disebabkan oleh beban yang berlebihan diatas jalan. Penelitian ini bermaksud untuk mengetahui cara penanggulangan kelongsoran lereng dengan menggunakan dinding penahan tanah. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan data tanah di jalan Picung Munjul. Analisis stabilitas menggunakan metode Fellenius dan metode Bishop untuk mencari nilai keamanan stabilitas lereng. Perhitungan tekanan tanah lateral menggunakan teori Rankine dan Coulomb. Kestabilan dinding penahan tanah yang direncanakan dicek terhadap momen guling, gaya geser dan daya dukungnya. Hasil analisis perhitungan manual akan dibandingkan dengan program Geo5. Nilai faktor keamanan stabilitas lereng tanpa dinding penahan tanah menggunakan metode Fellenius dan Bishop menghasilkan 1,195 dan 1,238. Analisis perhitungan manual stabilitas dinding penahan tanah didapat faktor keamanan stabilitas guling, stabilitas geser dan stabilitas daya dukung sebesar 3,25, 3,74 dan 8,52. Sedangkan hasil analisis stabilitas dinding penahan tanah dari program Geo5 dihasilkan faktor keamanannya sebesar 3,32, 3,45 dan 13,72. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa dinding penahan tanah kantilever mampu menerima gaya-gaya yang terjadi.
