Abstract
The Influence Of Motivation And Work Environment On The Performance Of Employees At PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk Witel West Banten (Ciruas) is the title of the paper Woro Diah Kandi (5551092731), student of Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University Faculty of Economics Department of Management (Human Resource Management) under the guidance of Mrs. Eloh Bahiroh, SE., MM and Mrs. Vera Maria, SE., M.Si. The purpose of this research is to know the effect of motivation and work environment on the performance of employees. The method used is multiple regression. The sample used 80 respondents use saturated sampling. From the results statistical calculations obtained value of R = 0,540 while the coefficient of determination (R 2 ) of 0,292 means that the influence of motivation and work environment on the performance of employees is 29,2% and the balance of 70,8% influenced by other factors outside the study. Test results obtained by the F count > F tables (15,859 > 3,12) then H0 rejected, meaning that there is significant influence between motivation and work environment on the performance of employees and obtained multiple regression equation Ŷ = 8,530 + 0,334 X1 + 0,421 X2

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Metode analisis data menggunakan regresi berganda. Sampel digunakan 80 responden menggunakan sampling jenuh. Hasil perhitungan statistik didapat nilai R=0,540 sedangkan koefisien determinasi (R 2 ) sebesar 0,292 yang menunjukkan kinerja dipengaruhi motivasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja sebesar 29,2% sedangkan sisanya 70,8% dipengaruhi variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Hasil pengujian diperoleh hasil F hitung > F tabel (15,859 > 3,12) maka H0 ditolak, artinya terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara motivasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan dan didapat persamaan regresi berganda Ŷ = 8,530 + 0,334 X1 + 0,421 X2. | |||||||||
