Abstract

PT XYZ is a company engaged in water treatment. The company has implemented HSE Mangement System but at the time of the audit the implementation of K3 retrieved results that PT XYZ need to indentification, assessment, and risks control that is used on the OHSAS. The purpose of this research is to identify the risk of using the JSA, knowing the level of risk at the operating divisions, choose the method among the AS/NZS 4360:1999 and PUSLITBANG TEKMIRA to make a proposal for controlling risk in this study using a semi quantitative methods of analysis. Potential hazard found on three Office a total of 11 kinds of potential hazard. Semi quantitative analysis method is a method of AS/NZS 4360:1999. The work has a value of activities Risk > 70 found in three department, including the department of the raw water that is inspection of pipelines, venting home inspection, inspection of reservoirs, spill weir inspection, border inspections of reservoirs, pump house maintenance, control of raw water in the control room, on water treatment department that is control of water treatment in the control room, on process laboratorium and HSE department that is the use of concentrated HCL reagents, use of Buffer PH 10, measurement noise, The proposed control risk based on the highest risk in the service of the raw water is using APD (gaiter), install a safety sign, an examination of APAR, provide reward and punishment, the Agency proposed water treatment given was the examination of the APAR, provide reward and punishment, Department of laboratory and Process a given proposal She was putting up a safety sign, gives the silencer on the engine pump, provide emergency showers, APAR examination, provide reward and punishment.

Additional Information: PT XYZ merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang pengolahan air. Perusahaan ini telah menerapkan SMK3 namun pada saat pelaksanaan audit K3 diperoleh hasil bahwa PT XYZ perlu melakukan identifikasi bahaya, penilaian risiko, dan pengendalian risiko yang berkiblat pada OHSAS. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi risiko menggunakan JSA, mengetahui tingkat risiko, memilih metode diantara AS/NZS 4360:1999 dan PUSLITBANG TEKMIRA untuk memberikan usulan pengendalian risiko pada divisi operasi, dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis semi kuantitatif. Potensi bahaya yang ditemukan pada tiga dinas sebanyak 11 macam potensi bahaya. Metode analisis semi kuantitatif yang terpilih adalah metode AS/NZS 4360:1999. Aktifitas pekerjaan yang memiliki nilai Risiko > 70 di tiga dinas, diantaranya dinas air baku yaitu inspeksi jalur pipa, inspeksi rumah venting, inspeksi waduk, inspeksi bangunan pelimpah, inspeksi sempadan waduk, pemeliharaan rumah pompa, pengendalian air baku di control room, pada Dinas Pengolahan Air yaitu pengendalian pengolahan air di control room, Dinas Proses Labortaorium dan K3LH yaitu penggunaan perekasi pekat HCL, penggunaan Buffer PH 10, pengukuran kebisingan. Usulan pengendalian risiko berdasarkan risiko tertinggi pada dinas air baku adalah menggunakan APD (gaiter), memasang safety sign, pemeriksaan APAR, memberikan reward dan punishment, Dinas Pengolahan Air usulan yang diberikan adalah pemeriksaan APAR, memberikan reward dan punishment, Dinas Proses Laboratorium dan K3LH usulan yang diberikan adalah memasang safety sign, memberikan silencer pada mesin pompa, menyediakan emergency shower, pemeriksaan APAR, memberikan reward dan punishment.
