Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the quality of soil damage and determine the status of land degradation at Sukadalem village Waringinkurung sub district. The method that used is descriptive survey through an analytical approach and laboratory analysis. The samples in this study represent a homogeneous location, then taken five (5) locations by using coordinates point which is determined randomly. Soil samples were taken consists of two types, they are intact soil samples (disturb) and undisturbed soil samples. Results of this study are determined based on 10 criteria, namely raw point solum thickness, surface rocks, pH, redox, electrical conductivity, total microbes, fraction composition, porosity, permeability, and bulk density. Based on the 10 criteria mentioned, only the redox parameters and electrical conductivity that were damaged, with the relative frequency values respectively of 100% so the value of the accumulated scores of both is 8. It can be concluded that land degradation status of Sukadalem village is slightly damaged.
