Abstract
The research aimed to know the water quality at Cagar Alam Pulau Dua (CAPD) based on plankton community structure and to test the feasibility of the results of student learning source in the form of Student Worksheet (LKS) in X grade of senior high school. This research was conducted in November 2014 at three stations CAPD river estuary, were Cigenteng river, Cigelibed river, and the Ciadem river. Based on plankton identification found that there were 24 genera of plankton (21 genera of phytoplankton and 3 genera of zooplankton) from 4 classes, they were Bacillariophyceae, Dinophyceae, Cilliata and Larvae Crustaceans. Diversity Index (H ') showed value of 1,2 included to medium category. The Evenness Value (E) was 0.4 with low criteria and Dominance Index (D) was 0.4 with stable criteria. Water quality in CAPD based plankton community structure was lightly polluted. The result from expert research was in form of LKS that shows the average value of 77,91 %, included to good category as a learning resource of X grade student senior high school in the Protista concept.

| Additional Information: | Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui kualitas perairan di Cagar Alam Pulau Dua (CAPD) berdasarkan struktur komunitas plankton serta menguji kelayakan hasil penelitian tersebut sebagai sumber belajar siswa berupa Lembar Kerja Siswa (LKS) pada kelas X SMA. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan November 2014 di tiga stasiun muara sungai CAPD, yaitu Sungai Cigenteng, Sungai Cigelibed, dan Sungai Ciadem. Hasil identifikasi plankton ditemukan 24 genera plankton (21 genera fitoplankton dan 3 genera zooplankton) dari 4 kelas yaitu Bacillariophyceae, Dinophyceae, Cilliata dan larva Crustaceae. Indeks Keanekaragaman (H’) sebesar 1,2 termasuk kategori sedang. Nilai Keseragaman (E) sebesar 0,4 dengan kriteria rendah dan nilai Indeks Dominasi (D) sebesar 0,4 termasuk kriteria stabil. Kualitas perairan di CAPD berdasarkan struktur komunitas plankton adalah tercemar ringan. Hasil uji ahli produk penelitian sebagai LKS menunjukan nilai rata-rata 77,91 %, baik digunakan sebagai sumber belajar siswa X SMA dalam konsep Protista. | |||||||||
