Abstract
Land affairs office Tangerang District is vertical agencies of the National Agency of the Republic of Indonesia in county town has authority in carrying out the tasks of the government in the field of land. The purpose of this research is to analyze the performance of the services of the office land affairs in providing services to the people who become participants in the PRONA and to know how the implementation of the PRONA in the Office Land affairs. The method used is qualitative approach. in the determination of informers are using purposive. Data collection technique that is used is an interview and observation and documentation as well as using the techniques of data analysis according to Prasetya Irawan. The validity of data triangulation and the member check. This research about performance, then researchers using theory of organizational performance (Dwiyanto (2008:50-51)). Based on the results of research service performance analysis of Land Affairs Office Tangerang district in Order to Carry Out the Land Countries Certification with the Proyek Operasi Nasional Agraria (PRONA) not optimal, because of a lack of guidance, not timely workmanship. The advice given that is doing the minimal socialization twice meetings, the collecting of data should verify the file so that it is not the case the delay in submission, for the land that overlap should be held mediation and find a solution.

Additional Information: | Kantor Pertanahan Kabupaten Tangerang adalah instansi vertikal Badan Pertanahan Nasional Republik Indonesia yang mempunyai kewenangan melaksanakan tugas pemerintah di bidang pertanahan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana kinerja pelayanan Kantor Pertanahan dalam memberikan pelayanan kepada masyarakat yang menjadi peserta PRONA dan mengetahui cara Pelaksanaan PRONA di Kantor Pertanahan Kabupaten. Adapun metode yang digunakan adalah metode dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Penentuan informannya menggunakan purposive. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi serta menggunakan teknik analisis data menutut Prasetya Irawan. Validitas data triangulasi dan member chek. Penelitian ini meneliti tentang kinerja, maka peneliti menggunakan teori kinerja organisasi (Dwiyanto (2008:50-51)). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian Analisis Kinerja Pelayanan Kantor Pertanahan Kabupaten Tangerang Dalam Melaksanakan Sertipikasi Tanah Negara Melalui Proyek Operasi Nasional Agraria belum optimal, karena masih kurangnya penyuluhan, belum tepat waktunya pengerjaan. Saran yang diberikan yaitu melakukan sosialisasi minimal dua kali pertemuan, pengumpul data harus menvercikasi berkas agar tidak terjadi ketelatan waktu penyerahan, untuk tanah yang overlap harus diadakan mediasi dan mencari solusinya. | |||||||||
