Iffah Nurmaulidah, NIM. 6661140497. Skripsi. Strategi Program Gerakan Perlindungan Anak Sekampung Pada Lembaga Perlindungan Anak Kabupaten Tangerang. Pembimbing I: Listyaningsih, M.Si dan Pembimbing II: Titi Stiawati, M.Si Komisi Nasional Perlindungan Anak menyatakan Kabupaten Tangerang termasuk dalam zona merah perlindungan anak, hal ini disebabkan masih banyaknya anak-anak yang belum bisa menikmati haknya, dan masih minimnya penanganan yang dilakukan untuk tindak kekerasan pada anak. Program Gerakan Perlindungan Anak Se-Kampung merupakan Gerakan program nasional yang berbasis pada masyarakat yang sadar akan pentingnya hak-hak anak dalam bentuk perlindungan terhadap tumbuh kembangnya dan juga untuk mencegah kenakalan anak sejak dini agar terhindar dari tindak kekerasan. Peneliti menggunakan teori segitiga strategis Mark Moore yang terdiri dari 3 dimensi antara lain: Menciptakan Nilai Publik, Legitimasi dan Dukungan Lingkungan dan Kapasitas Operasional untuk menggambarkan perumusan strategi Program Gerakan Perlindungan Anak Sekampung yang dilakukan oleh Lembaga Perlindungan Anak Kabupaten Tangerang. Metode yang akan peneliti gunakan ialah metodologi penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Strategi Program Gerakan Perlindungan Anak Sekampung masih belum optimal salah satunya keterlibatan pegawai internal maupun pokja disetiap kecamatan masih kurang aktif dalam pelaksanaan program maupun survei lokasi pelaksanaan program. Kendati begitu kecermatan program Gerakan Perlindungan Anak Sekampung tetap berjalan dengan cukup baik walaupun tidak ada penempatan pegawai khusus dalam program ini dan sebaiknya dilakukan penempatan pegawai sesuai dengan keahliannya agar program ini dapat berjalan dengan tujuan dan maksud yang sudah dibentuk. Advicer I: Listyaningsih, M.Si dan Advicer II: Titi Stiawati, M.Si The national child protection commission states that Tangerang district is included in the red zone of child protection, this is because there are still many children who cannot enjoy their rights,and there is still minimal handling done for acts of violence against children. The village-scale child protection movement is a national program movement based on people who are aware of the importance of children's rights in the form of protection for their growth and development and also to prevent child delinquency from an early age to avoid violence from acts of violence. The researchers used the theory of strategic triangle Mark Moore’s to describe the formulation of the program strategy for the child protection movement in the village carried out by the child protection Institution Of Tangerang District. In this research, the researcher will try to describe the considerations made by a public manager in making a program. The method that will be used by researcher is descriptive qualitative research methodology. The results of this research are that the considerations made by the child protection instituation in Tangerang district are not yet complete, especially in the involvement of internal staff and working groups in each sub-district in the implementation of the program and the survey of program implementation locations. Nevertheless, the program of the village child protection movement continues to run quite well even though there is no special employee placement in this program it is best to place employees according to their expertise so that this program can work with the goals and intentions that have been established.
