Abstract

The purpose of this study are: to determine the costs to be incurred by the domestic industry entrepreneur banana chips in a single production process, to determine the amount of revenue and the income of household industry business entrepreneurs banana chips in a single production process, to determine the point breakeven (Break Event Point) industry domestic banana chips can be achieved, to determine the economic efficiency of domestic industries banana chips. This study uses population survey with the amount of effort as much as 5 household industry Caringin village banana chips. So that the analysis of this data using census methods, types of data used in this study include primary data and secondary data. Primary data obtained through interviews with a list of questions to the entrepreneurs and secondary data sourced from the Bureau of Industry Cisoka Tangerang District. Based on the analysis of domestic industry in the District of banana chips Cisoka Tangerang Banten province can be concluded that the cost of production by one-time process of the production of Rp 2.8124 million, the amount of income by one-time process of production by Rp11.412.514,09 minimum limit of home industry banana chips are implemented by managers in District Cisoka the sales of Rp 3,816.872,66 BEP and BEP production volume amounted to 76.33 kg, the value of R / C ratio of 4.84 could still be improved by increasing the sale price, can be done by improving the quality and emphasizes minimal production costs in an effort to meet the demand for banana
