Abstract
Vina Nirmala. NIM. 072810. SKRIPSI. Pengaruh Sosialisasi Keluarga Berencana (KB) Terhadap Efektivitas Program KB di Kecamatan Serang. Pelaksanaan keluarga berencana (KB) merupakan usaha langsung yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat dengan mengatasi jumlah penduduk yang meningkat, namun pada kenyataannya masih banyak faktor yang menghambat dalam pencapaian program keluarga berencana. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah melakukan penelitian terhadap pengaruh sosialisasi KB terhadap efektifitas program KB di Kecamatan Serang dan mengetahui besarnya pengaruh sosialisasi KB terhadap efektifitas proram KB di Kecamatan Serang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian metode eksplanatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi yang diteliti adalah seluruh pasangan usia subur (PUS) di Kecamatan Serang, berjumlah 32.028 PUS dengan menggunakan teknik Cluster Random Sampling, dengn jumlah sampel 100 PUS. Variabel independen yang diukur adalah sosialisasi KB, sedangkan variabel dependen yang diukur adalah efektifitas program KB, kemudian diuji dengan menggunakan metode regresi linier sederhana. Dari hasil perhitungan menunjukkan bahwa nilai R Square sebesar 0,527 atau 52,7% yang artinya sosialisasi KB dapat mempengaruhi efektifitas program KB sebesar 52,7%. Dari perhitungan signifikansi, hasil perhitungan didapat bahwa t-hitung sebesar 10,444 dan t-tabel diperoleh 1,89, oleh karena thitung lebih besar dari t-tabel (10,444 > 1,98) maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Jadi kesimpulannya adalah terdapat pengaruh antara sosialisasi KB terhadap efektivitas program KB di Kecamatan Serang sebesar 52,7%. Saran peneliti adalah memperbanyak tenaga penyuluh KB dan perlu adanya pelatihan bagi petugas KB dalam penyampaian informasi agar memaksimalkan jalannya pelaksanaan program KB guna tercapainya tujuan pelaksanaan program KB. The Implementation of Keluarga Berencana (KB) is a direct effort that aims to growing the welfare of society by surpassing the increasing of population. But in the reality, there are many factors that chaser of Keluarga Berencana Programs reached. The purpose of this research is to researching of KB socialization influence on the effectiveness of KB programs in Serang district. And to know the influence highest of KB socialization on the effectiveness of KB Programs in Serang district. The research is explanative research method with quantitative approach. The populations studied were all couple of childbearing age (EFA) in Serang district, totaling 32,028 EFA using the Cluster Random Sampling technique. With 100 EFA less number sample, independent variables measured were KB socialization, while the dependent variables being measured is KB programs effectiveness. And then it would be tested using simple linear regression method. From the results of calculations show that the value of R Square is 0.527 or 52.7%, which means that socialization can affect the effectiveness of program KB by 52.7%. The calculation of significance, the calculation results obtained that the t-count of 10.444 and 1.89 t-table is obtained, therefore t-count is greater than t-table (10.444> 1.98), then Ho is rejected and Ha accepted. So the conclusion is there is influence between the socialization of KB on the effectiveness of program KB in the district of Serang by 52.7%. Advice of researchers is to multiply the extension workers of KB and the need training for staff in the delivery of information in order to maximize the course of implementation of program KB in order to achieve the purpose of program KB.
