Abstract

Pulverizer machines at fired coal steam power plant is used to refine the coal up to 200 mesh. The utilizing of pulverizer engine in line with production process will cause loss in engine performance which in turn will lead to the potential damage that require maintenance design and necessity spare part of the engine. The experiment indicated of 10 component pulverizer machines motor, tire, classifier and gear box were the critical components and tire was the main repair priority with fuzzy RPN 1658. Care policy was done by making DCM decision worksheet. MTBF motor components were 161 days, gear box 157 days, tire 192 days and classifier 188 days. MTTR motor components were 1,25 days, gear box 1,49 days, tire 16,19 days and classifier 1,7 days. The replacement time based on the age replacement model for component motor were 70 days with inspection interval 14 days, gear box were 75 days with inspection interval 11 days, tire were 300 days with inspection interval 4 days and classifier were 80 days with inspection interval 11 days The spare part must be supplied in a year is two spare to each part of the motor components and classifier, 1 spare part to each part of the gear box and tire.

Additional Information: Mesin Pulverizer di PLTU digunakan untuk menghaluskan batu bara sampai ukuran 200 mesh. Penggunaan mesin Pulverizer yang sejalan dengan proses produksi akan mengakibatkan penurunan performa mesin yang selanjutnya akan menimbulkan potensi-potensi kerusakan sehingga diperlukan perencanaan perawatan dan kebutuhan spare part dari mesin. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan dari 10 komponen mesin Pulverizer, komponen motor, tire, classifier dan gear box merupakan komponen kritis dengan prioritas perbaikan pertama adalah komponen tire dengan nilai Fuzzy RPN adalah 1658. Kebijakan perawatan dilakukan dengan membuat RCM Decision Worksheet. MTBF komponen motor adalah 161 hari, gear box 157 hari, tire 192 hari dan classifier 188 hari. MTTR komponen motor 1.25 hari, gear box 1.49 hari, tire 16.19 hari dan classifier 1.7 hari. Waktu penggantian berdasarkan age replacement model untuk komponen motor 70 hari dengan interval pemeriksaan 14 hari, gear box 75 hari dengan interval pemeriksaan 11 hari, tire 300 hari dengan interval pemeriksaan 4 hari dan classifier 80 hari dengan interval pemeriksaan 11 hari. Spare part yang harus disediakan dalam satu tahun adalah 2 spare untuk setiap part komponen motor dan classifier, 1 spare untuk setiap part komponen gear box dan tire
