Abstract

The purpose of this research is to increase the activity of learners and the learning outcomes of students by using cooperative learning type Application jigsaw with flash card on a theme of objects, animals, and plants around me to reach at least 85%. Type of this research is classroom action research (PTK), which is done in 2 stages of the research cycle, where in each cycle carried out in three meetings. Each cycle is done with four stages, namely planning, implementation, observation stage, and the stage of reflection. The data collection techniques in this research is by using test instruments, observation instruments educator learning activities and learning activities of learners, as well as questionnaires. In the first cycle of meetings of the number of students who attended 28 meetings both 28 and 26 while the third meeting of the second cycle carried out three days after the first sikulus on the number of students who attended for 3 days in the second cycle of 28 learners. With the implementation of cooperative learning model jigsaw flash media card on a theme of objects, animals, and plants all around me, the activities of learners and the learning outcomes of students increased. In the first cycle the average activity of learners 50% and in the second cycle increased to 75%. Likewise with average learning outcomes of students, from 25% in the first cycle increased to 75% in the second cycle to 100%. So the conclusions that can be drawn from this study that with the implementation of cooperative learning jigsaw flash card on a theme of objects, animals, and plants around me can increase the activity of learners and the learning outcomes of students in class 1 Primary School 3 City State Panunggangan Tangerang.
