Abstract

The background of this study was the students' ability of communication and mathematical disposition was very low. This caused of the learning activities were still dominated by the teacher's activities. Based on this case, the teacher should implement nailed board as a media. The use of this research is to know : (1) the differences between students' result that used nailed board as a media and the students' result who used props rise level (2) the improvement of students' result that used aprops nailed board better than students' results who used props rise level (3) students' activities who used props nailed board. The research methodology in this research was used the quasi methode experiments, while the research design in this research used nonequivalent control group design. There were two classes in this research, that was class IIIA the experimental group. Based on the results of this research showed that: (1) there was asignificant differences between the students' result who learnt used props nailed board and the students' result who used props riselevel (2) there was a significant improvement in students' learning result who used props nailed board and students' result who used riselevel (3) generally this media provide a positive activity to the students towards the mathematics learning and to improve the learning result by using props nailed board with a percentage of 83,6% Keywords:Results Learning,Mathematics, Props Nailed Board
