Abstract

The Internet is not only creating new crimes not previously known by the public, but also a crime indeed previously known by society become increasingly sophisticated since their implementation is carried out using the means of the Internet. As is the case currently growing about nakotika through circulation via the internet or online sites. Where is the magnitude of the number of internet users in Indonesia are utilized for narcotics dealers market their illegitimate goods. These problems very necessary law enforcement and criminal law policy, particularly regarding criminal acts of the circulation of narcotic drugs online, therefore the problem is focused on things that examined how the law enforcement, criminal law policy and efforts to combat the circulation of narcotic drugs online. The purpose of the research was to know and examine how enforcement of the criminal law and the criminal law policy is applied as well as crime prevention efforts of the circulation of narcotic drugs online. This research method using this type of normative juridical research, using the approach of research on this thesis which is a descriptive analysis of the data sources used and the use of primary law, secondary, and tertiary, as well as the existence of data collection techniques with the study of the literature, and interviews are then supported by qualitative data analissis. Based on the results of research that in the enforcement of criminal law alone there are still many constraints facing the criminal law and policy as well as the efforts of countermeasures against the crime of narcotics online circulation is still weak and has not been fullest in its execution.
