Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine: influence of organizational behavior of schools to teacher performance: the effect of job satisfaction on teacher performance; and influence the behavior of school organization and job satisfaction together against the teacher performance. This type of research is research using quantitative methods through surveys (field research) through questionnaires, using karelasional approach. Total sample set of 30 respondents from special school teachers. The technique of collecting data using questionnaires. The result showed; There is a significant effect on the performance of organizational behavior school teachers with correlation coefficient 0.691, while the determination coefficient of 0.267 and the regression equation Y = 87.661 + 0.593X1. This means increased organizatinal behavior or good school teacher then performance will increase as well. Kepuasanan a significant influence on the performance of teachers working with correlation coefficient 0.613, coefficient of determination 0.491 and the regression equation Y = 84.107 + 0.544X2. Thus indicates if either job satistaction or increased, then the teacher performance increase as well. There is a significant influence organizational behavior of schools and job satisfaction together against the teacher performance with the correlation coefficient 0.298X1 and 0.544X2 with a coefficient of determination, 51.2%, and the regression equation y = 83.138Y + 0.289X1 + 0.544X2. Thereby good organizatinal behavior indicates better school and teachers' job satisfaction then the performance will be increasing as well

Additional Information: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui; Pengaruh perilaku organisasi sekolah terhadap kinerja guru; pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja guru, dan pengaruh perilaku organisasi sekolah dan kepuasan kerja secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja guru. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif melalui survey (Field research) melalui penyebaran kuisioner, dengan menggunakan pendekatan karelasional. Jumlas sampel penelitian ditetapkan 30 responden dari guru-guru sekolah khusus. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Hasil penelitian menunjukan: Terhadap pengaruh yang signifikan perilaku organisasi sekolah terhadap kinerja guru dengan nilai koefisien korelasi 0.691, sedangkan koefisien determinasi sebesar 0.267 dan persamaan regresinya Y = 87.661 + 0.593X1. Ini berarti perilaku organisasi sekolah meningkat atau baik maka kinerja guru akan meningkat pula. Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan kepuasanan kerja terhadap kinerja guru dengan nilai koefisien korelasi 0.613, koefisien determinasi 0.491 dan persamaan regresinya Y = 84.107 + 0.521X2. Dengan demikian menunjukan jika kepuasan kerja secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja guru dengan nilai koefisien korelasi 0.298X1 dan 0.544X2 dengan koefisien determinasi 51.2%, dan persamaan regresinya Y = 83.138Y + 0.289X1 + 0.544X2. Dengan demikian semakin baik mengindikasikan perilaku organisasi sekolah dan kepuasan kerja maka kinerja guru maka akan semakin meningkat
