Abstract
This study aimed to determine whether there is a relationship between the perception of school leadership with teachers' competencies, the relationship between motivation and competence of teachers working with teachers, and whether there is a relationship between the perception of school leadership and achievement motivation together with the competence of teachers. The method used is quantitative research, using survey by the respondents are correlational techniques junior high school teacher Bismillah Integrated Sub Padarincang of 20 teachers who were randomized from 33 guru.Teknik subject population as the unit of analysis, the study population and sampling results studi.Berdasarkan analysis of data obtained Ry (1,2) = 0.885. and the significance of test results with statistical multiple correlation coefficient obtained Freg F = 18.794, while the multiple regression equation or model the relationship between the variables X1 and X2 on Y is U = 72.621 + 0.165 X1 + 0.241 X2 statistically significant. Donations by variable attitudes toward school leadership and motivation performance of teacher competence is equal to 50.39%. From these data it can be concluded that the third hypothesis which says there is a relationship between perceptions of principal leadership and motivation to work together with the competence of teachers kebenarannya.guru proved unacceptable to rhitung> r table or 0.864> 0.443 at a significance level of 0.05. The hypothesis that there is a significant relationship between work motivation and competence of teachers acceptable to count r> r table or 0.854> 0.443 at significance level of 0.05. Hypothesis which says there is a significant relationship between attitudes toward school leadership and achievement motivation together with the competence of teachers can be received with rhitung> r table or 0.885> 0.443. While the significance of test results obtained multiple correlation reg F = 18.794, while in db = 2 and dk = 37 and a significance level of 5% F value = 3.255. Because F reg> F or 18.794> 3.255 it can be said that the correlation coefficient means or significant.

| Additional Information: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya hubungan antara presepsi tentang kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dengan kompetensi guru,ada tidaknya hubungan antara motivasi kerja guru dengan kompetensi guru,dan ada tidaknya hubungan antara presepsi tentang kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan motivasi berprestasi secara bersama –sama dengan kompetensi guru.Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif ,dengan menggunakan metode survey dengan teknik korelasional sebagai responden adalah guru SMP Terpadu Bismillah Kecamatan Padarincang sebanyak 20 guru yang diacak dari populasi 33 guru.Teknik subjek sebagai unit analisis penelitian , yaitu population studi dan sampling studi.Berdasarkan hasil analisis data diperoleh R = 0,885. dan dari hasil uji keberartian koefisien korelasi ganda dengan statistik F diperoleh F y(1,2) = 18,794, sedangkan persamaan garis regresi ganda atau model hubungan antara variable X reg terhadap Y adalah U ˆ = 72,621 + 0,165 X 1 + 0,241 X signifikan secara statistik. Sumbangan yang diberikan oleh variable sikap terhadap kepemimpinan sekolah dan motivasi kinerja terhadap kompetensi guru adalah sebesar 50,39%. Dari data tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa hipotesis ketiga yang berbunyi terdapat hubungan antara persepsi terhadap kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan motivasi kerja secara bersama-sama dengan kompetensi guru terbukti kebenarannya.guru dapat diterima dengan r atau 0,864>0,443 pada taraf signifikansi 0,05. Hipotesis yang menyatakan terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara motivasi kerja dengan kompetensi guru dapat diterima dengan r hitung > r hitung atau 0,854> 0,443 pada taraf signifikansi 0,05. Hipotesis yang berbunyi terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara sikap terhadap kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan motivasi berprestasi secara bersama-sama dengan kompetensi guru dapat diterima dengan r tabel atau 0,885> 0,443. Sedangkan dari hasil uji keberartian korelasi ganda diperoleh F reg hitung = 18,794 sedangkan pada db = 2 dan dk = 37 dan taraf signifikansi 5% diperoleh F hitung = 3,255. Karena F atau 18,794 > 3,255 maka dapat dikatakan koefisien korelasi tersebut berarti atau signifikan. | |||||||||
