Abstract
Sendi Indrianty/ 072834/ Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Ilmu Politik Jurusan Administrasi Negara/ Universitas Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa/ Kinerja Pengelolaan Sampah Domestik di Kecamatan Jombang Kota Cilegon/ Dosen Pembimbing Gandung Ismanto, S.Sos., M.Si dan Kristian Widya Wicaksono, S.Sos., M.Si. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Bagaimana Kinerja Pengelolaan Sampah Dometik di Kecamatan Jombang Kota Cilegon dan Sejauhmana Kinerja Pengelolaan Sampah Domestik di Kecamatan Jombang Kota Cilegon. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Penentuan jumlah sampel menggunakan rumus Isaac & Michael, dengan menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel Area Sampling. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan sekunder. Program SPSS digunakan dalam perhitungan statistik untuk uji validitas yaitu valid atau tidaknya suatu isntrumen, uji reliabilitas, dan uji t menguji hipotesis. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dari uji validitas terdapat 2 pernyataan yang tidak valid.karena r hitung < r table. Nilai alpha cronbach 0,729. Uji hipotesis harga t table lebih kecil dari t hitung (-49,9 < 0,138) jatuh pada penerimaan Ho. Hingga saat ini kenerja pengelolaan sampah domestik di Kecamatan Jombang belum berjalan dengan baik karena hanya mencapai nilai 51% dari nilai tertinggi 70%. Karena masih banyak sampah yang berceceran, menumpuk tidak pada tempatnya, itu terjadi selain pegawai yang kurang terampil, jumlah dan jarak tempat pembuangan sampah yang disediakan minim. kurang tegasnya sanksi hukum. Dari beberapa masalah tersebut sebaiknya segera diatasi. Seperti jangkauan pelayanan sampah perlu ditambah, penambahan personil yang terampil, sanksi harus lebih ditegaskan lagi, penambahan sarana dan prasarana, dan adanya kerja sama atau gotong royong antara petugas dan masyarakat setempat. The research was carried out using descriptive quantitative research method. Determination of the number of samples based on the Isaac and Michael’s formula, Sampling Area Techniques. Using primary and secondary data. SPSS is used in the statistical calculations to test the validity of instrument, the reliability test and t-test to test the hypothesis. Based on the validity testing results of the study there were two statements that do not count valid due to r count < r table and Cronbach Alpha value is 0.729. hypotesis test table t price is less than t count (-49,9 < 0,138) fall in revenues Ho. Until now the domestic waste management performance in the Jombang District has not been well performed for only reaches 51% of the highest value of 70%. Due to there are many scattered garbage, piled out of place, it occurs in addition to less-skilled employees, the distance and the minimum number of available landfills also less specifically punishable by law. These issues should be addressed immediately. Range of garbage management services needs to be added, the addition of skilled personnel, sanctions should be more emphasized, the addition of facilites and infrastructure, also the cooperation or mutual assistance between the officer and the local community.
