Abstract
Based on the background of the problem, then the problem can be formulated as follows: 1. Is there any influence of the principal academic supervision of the learning process in the cluster Cijoro Pasir Gecko District of Lebak regency ?, 2. Is there any influence of teacher motivation for learning in groups Cijoro Pasir Subdistrict Gecko Lebak district ?, 3. Is there any influence of the principal academic supervision and motivation of teachers together to learning in groups Cijoro Pasir Gecko District of Lebak District ?. This research is quantitative research, in this study wanted to get a picture of certainty about the things that have been the question of the education community, using mature and profound calculations on the effect of the principal academic supervision and motivation of teachers who will be predicted on the learning process.The conclusions of this study are: 1. There is a positive influence academic supervision principals (X1) to the learning process (Y). Through statistical tests of significance with t test, t values obtained for b1 of 0.775 while t table with 40 degrees of freedom in the (0,025) amounted to 2,021. Thus t (0.775) > t table (2,021), 2. There is a positive influence on the motivation of teachers (X2) on the learning process (Y). Through statistical tests of significance with t test, obtained t value for b2 at 2,380 while t table with 40 degrees of freedom in the (0,025) amounted to 2,021. Thus t (2.380) > t table (2,021)., 3. There is a positive influence academic supervision principals (X1) and motivation of teachers (X2) jointly to the learning process (Y). Through tests of significance using the F distribution, obtained calculated F value of 3.753, while the price of critical value of F table with 2 degrees of freedom numerator denominator 40 at (0.05) obtained a value of 3.23 F table so proved that F count (3.753 ) > F table (3.23).

| Additional Information: | Berdasarkan latar belakang masalah, maka dapat dirumuskan suatu permasalahan sebagai berikut: 1. Apakah ada pengaruh supervisi akademik kepala sekolah terhadap proses pembelajaran di gugus Cijoro Pasir Kecamatan Rangkasbitung Kabupaten Lebak?, 2. Apakah ada pengaruh motivasi guru terhadap proses pembelajaran di gugus Cijoro Pasir Kecamatan Rangkasbitung Kabupaten Lebak?, 3. Apakah ada pengaruh supervisi akademik kepala sekolah dan motivasi guru secara bersama-sama terhadap proses pembelajaran di gugus Cijoro Pasir Kecamatan Rangkasbitung Kabupaten Lebak?. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif, dalam penelitian ini ingin memperoleh gambaran kepastian tentang hal-hal yang selama ini menjadi pertanyaan di kalangan pendidikan, dengan menggunakan perhitungan yang matang dan mendalam tentang pengaruh supervisi akademik kepala sekolah dan motivasi guru yang nantinya akan diprediksi pada proses pembelajaran. Simpulan penelitian ini adalah: 1. Tidak terdapat pengaruh yang positif supervisi akademik kepala sekolah (X1) terhadap terhadap proses pembelajaran (Y). Melalui uji signifikansi dengan statistik uji t, diperoleh nilai t hitung untuk b1 sebesar 0,775 sedangkan t tabel dengan derajat bebas 40 pada (0,025) adalah sebesar 2,021. Dengan demikian t hitung (0,775) > t tabel (2,021), 2. Terdapat pengaruh yang positif motivasi guru terhadap (X2) terhadap terhadap proses pembelajaran (Y). Melalui uji signifikansi dengan statistik uji t, diperoleh nilai t hitung untuk b2 sebesar 2,380 sedangkan t tabel dengan derajat bebas 40 pada (0,025) adalah sebesar 2,021. Dengan demikian t hitung (2,380) > t tabel (2,021)., 3. Terdapat pengaruh yang positif supervisi akademik kepala sekolah (X1) dan Motivasi guru (X2) secara bersama-sama terhadap proses pembelajaran (Y). Melalui uji signifikansi dengan menggunakan distribusi F, diperoleh nilai F hitung sebesar 3,753, sementara harga kritis nilai F tabel dengan derajat bebas pembilang 2 penyebut 40 pada (0,05) diperoleh nilai F tabel sebesar 3,23 sehingga terbukti bahwa F hitung (3,753) > F tabel (3,23) | |||||||||
