Abstract
Ciliwung River is a river that crosses Jakarta City’s areas. Ciliwung River that crosses many settlements are often associated with the problem of flooding that occurred in Jakarta City. The purpose of this research was to identify the occurrence of flooding in Ciliwung River on segment Cililitan until Bidara Cina with Q50 and Q100. This research uses secondary data, water level for 11 years from M.T. Haryono Station, a watershed Ciliwung as well as cross-sectional and longitudinal images Ciliwung River. Analysis of flood discharge plan using Rating Curve Method and Regional Analysis. Calculation of the design discharge used to analyze the flood using HEC-RAS program at 150 profiles. Results showed flood discharge Q50 is 261,397 m3 /s and Q100 is 307,012 m 3 /s at all locations where the point of reviews were flooded. Based on the analysis of the HEC-RAS program on the location of flooding, it is necessary to redimension or normalization of the cross-section and elevation of the river embankment.
