Abstract

The Farmer’s motivation in implementing the technology component of intergrated rice crop management. The study aims to examine (1) The Farmer’s motivation in implementing the technology component of intergrated rice crop management (2) Measure the implementing of intergrated rice crop management (3) The relationship between Farmer’s motivation with implementing of intergrated rice crop management . The research is located in the village of Wanayasa District of Pontang, Serang Regency. The method used in this research is sencus method and for data analysis relationship between used in rank spearman. The Result of the research indicated that the motivation level of existence needs include in high category. The motivation level of relatedness needs include in high category. The motivation level of growth needs include in high category. The implementing of intergrated rice crop management include in very high category. The relationship between farmer’s motivation of growth needs with implementing of intergrated rice crop management have a significant relationship Keyword : farmer’s motivation and integrated rice crop management
