Abstract

The level achievement of children’s brain development almost reach 80%. That’s mean in this age so much choise for teach kids the good attitude, include discipline. The discipline ability of a group in Mathla’ul Anwar Pandeglang’s kindergarten class is weak. This problem could seen by when teaching and learning process, some kids are lazy for learn, silent, playing around class without teacher’s command, and more. Thats why the education of discipline is very needed. So that can makes children have a good attitude and being a good generation. The method of this research using an action research. The action research doing by two cycles, first cycles with 8 actions and second cycles with 4 actions. The subject of this research is 10 kids who learn in kindergarten class Mathla’ul Anwar Pandeglang. The intervention action design of this research cycle covered by: a) planning; b) observe; c) action; d) reflect. Data collection technique taken by observation techniques which mean is field notes, interview notes, and obervation notes. The analisys data of children’s discipline ability is from comparison between before and after action. The result from pre-research is 28%, then when first cycle has done increase up to 42%, and when second cycles has already done increase up to 77%. Therefore, children’s discipline ability has upgrading. And it be concluded that the traditional games could upgrading a children’s discipline ability in Mathla’ul Anwar Pandeglang.
