Abstract

Motor skill rough is the ability that deals with physical activity involving the large muscle, the activity of using the large muscle including the movement of locomotor non skill, the movement of locomotor, manipulative and movement. Child has a lot of ease in receive a stimulus that will impact on gross motor skills. One of the activities that can improve motor skills rough child that is the music and movement. The music and movement were chosen because this is fun activities for chidren, where children can play with learning and learning while playing, and able to grow and improve the learning experience directly. This research aims to improve motor sills rough children aged 4-5 years. Research method used is research the actor (PT). Subject consisted of 10 children study the subject of Islamic kindergarten independent image of housing complex located in the banjar great F5 no.12 Serang City block, Banten. Data collection techniques though observation, field notes, interviews, and documentation. The research was carried by two cycles of the first cycle consist of 8 times the action and the second cycle consists of 2 times the action. Result of this study found that : 1) the Pre-study rough motor skill of children 23%, 2) after the child is given the action on the first cycle, the rough motor skill of children increased to 48%, 3) on the second cycle obtained yied was 84%.ve moto Thus, motor rough skill children has increase and are in the developing situation of the sting of good. Can be inferrend that though the music and movementcould improve motor skills rough children aged 4-5 years in kindergarten Islam Citra Mandiri.
