Abstract

Purpose in this research was to determine 1) the professional competence of teachers of early childhood education in the District 5 Kragilan Force, 2) the process of making training activities APE (tool educational games) in group 5 Districts Kragilan study was conducted in March until april 2015. With research sites in gugus 5 Districts Kragilan. Subjects in this study were early childhood teachers Gugus 5 Districts Kragilan. The method used in this study is a qualitative method. The technique of collecting data through observation, field notes, interviews and documentation. Data analysis using data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. Data validation is done by the extension of observation, increased diligence studies, triangulation, member checking. Based on data analysis, stating that the development of professional competence of teachers of early childhood education in the gugus 5 District Kragilan Cluster good views of the preparation and manufacture of the curriculum and the use of early childhood learning media. Note: profesional competence of preschool teachers
