Abstract

The starting point of this paper is whether the problem situational leadership of principals , teachers and education personnel effect on graduate students . The writing is done in a public elementary school in the District of Saketi Pandeglang with a basic lack of absorption education above primary school with attainment that has not met the passing standard , as the influence of situational leadership of principals and teachers and education personnel . writing method is to use a quantitative approach to the writing , the writing can be measured more effectively , more accurate , and faster in data processing Measurements using a Likert scale ( interval ) 5 group . The population in this paper is a total of 33 schools . This study will only take a sample of ten schools . The total number of personnel at the school 10 165 people by using probability theory in Table A - 3 Snedecor & Cochren wear number 85 % range , and the authors take ^ p = 0.3 rounded up , based on Table 3.3 of John Wiley & Sons , Inc. . New York , obtained a total sample of 130 respondents who terdidri 10 principals , 20 teachers , 10 staff, and 90 students who had been considered by the teachers at your school . By using path analysis approach , it will be known that the most decisive factor of a number of factors that made the observations as a whole . ( Widji , W.2009 : 241 ) . The stages of the analysis of hypothesis testing is done through the following steps : 1. Formulate hypotheses and structural similarities , 2. Calculate X1 , X2 , and X3 together to Y , 3. Calculate X1 to X2 , X1 to X3 4. Counting , 5 . Calculating individual ( X1 to Y , X2 into Y , X3 to Y ) Recommendations on the results of this study, which are the principal should be able to maintain its leadership abilities in the presence of educational institutions are stable according to the situation and condition of school organization and policies that can lead to the ability of the leader to the principle EMASLIM to increase graduate student at the school. Education and future orientation of the principal as a leader must have the courage to change the old paradigm with the potential that exists that can affect the performance of both teachers and educators whose primary purpose is the graduate students as educational product ( output ) . Government attention is focused on the field of personnel especially contributory factor and support power that can influence the situation and conditions on the performance of educational institutions . not forgetting the attention and support of the community as stakeholders for the educational advancement

Additional Information:	Titik tolak dari masalah penulisan ini adalah apakah kepemimpinan situasional kepala sekolah, guru serta tenaga kependidikan berpengaruh terhadap lulusan peserta didik. Penulisan ini dilakukan pada sekolah dasar negeri di lingkungan Kecamatan Saketi Kabupaten Pandeglang dengan dasar kurangnya daya serap jenjang pendidikan di atas sekolah dasar dengan pencapaian yang belum memenuhi standar kelulusan, sebagai pengaruh dari kepemimpinan situasional kepala sekolah dan guru serta tenaga kependidikan. metode penulisan yang digunakan adalah menggunakan pendekatan penulisan kuantitatif, penulisan dapat diukur lebih efektif, lebih akurat, dan lebih cepat dalam proses pengolahan data. Pengukuran menggunakan Skala Likert (interval) 5 kelompok. Populasi pada penulisan ini adalah sebanyak 33 sekolah. Penelitian ini hanya akan mengambil sampel sebanyak sepuluh sekolah. Jumlah keseluruhan personil pada 10 sekolah tersebut sebanyak 165 orang dengan menggunakan teori peluang pada table A-3 Snedecor & Cochren memakai angka kisaran 85%, dan penulis mengambil ^ p = 0,3 dibulatkan ke atas, berdasarkan Tabel 3.3 John Wiley & Sons, Inc. New York, didapat jumlah sampel sebanyak 130 responden yang terdidri 10 kepala sekolah, 20 guru, 10 tenaga kependidikan, dan 90 peserta didik yang telah dipertimbangkan oleh guru pada sekolah yang bersangkutan. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan analisis jalur, maka akan diketahui faktor yang paling menentukan dari sejumlah faktor yang dilakukan pengamatan secara keseluruhan. (Widji, W.2009:241). Adapun tahapan analisis uji hipotesis dilakukan melalui tahapan sebagai berikut: 1. Merumuskan hipotesis dan persamaan struktur, 2. Menghitung secara bersama-sama terhadap Y , 3. Menghitung X1 X1, X2 terhadap , 4. Menghitung X1 terhadap X3 , 5. Menghitung secara individu ( terhadap Y, X3 terhadap Y ) Rekomendasi terhadap hasil penulisan ini diantaranya adalah kepala sekolah harus mampu menjaga kemampuan kepemimpinannya dalam keberadaan institusi pendidikan secara stabil sesuai situasi dan kondisi organisasi sekolah dan adanya kebijakan yang dapat mengarah kepada kemampuan pemimpin dengan prinsip EMASLIM untuk peningkatan lulusan peserta didik di sekolah tersebut. Dan orientasi masa depan pendidikan kepala sekolah sebagai pemimpin harus berani merubah paradigm lama dengan potensi yang ada sehingga dapat berpengaruh terhadap kinerja baik guru maupun tenaga kependidikan yang tujuan utamanya adalah lulusan peserta didik sebagai produk pendidikan (output). Perhatian pemerintah lebih berfokus pada personil dilapangan terutama faktor penunjang dan daya pendukung yang dapat berpengaruh terhadap segala situasi dan kondisi kinerja pada institusi pendidikan. dengan tidak melupakan perhatian dan dukungan masyarakat sebagai stakeholders untuk kemajuan pendidikan tersebut
