Abstract

ntroduction: The discipline of students into one of the important things that must be owned by the students as a well-educated. Facts on the ground are frequently encountered is the lack of discipline in school students, especially student discipline problems into the classroom at the time of learning activities in the classroom. To improve student discipline, a teacher must be able to choose the right way in the learning process. The aim of this study were: 1) to determine Effective Communication Application To Discipline Students in Class XI MAN 2 Cilegon. (2) to determine the Reward System Implementation And Punishment To Discipline Students in Class XI MAN 2 (3) to determine the Application Engineering Discipline Students in Class XI MAN 2 Cilegon. To achieve these objectives, the study researchers used a qualitative research method. The study was conducted in Madrasah Aliyah (MAN) 2 Cilegon Cilegon City. The study population of students of class XI IPS 2014/2015 school year, consisting of 6 classes with a total of 238 students. The results reveal that with effective communication and delivery of reward and punishment system is increasing student discipline. Discipline can be seen from the presence of students who every day there are negligent, as well as diminishing the level of student tardiness.

Additional Information: Pendahuluan : kedisiplinan siswa menjadi salah satu hal penting yang harus dimiliki oleh siswa sebagai seorang terdidik. Fakta di lapangan yang sering kita jumpai di sekolah adalah kurang disiplinnya siswa, terutama masalah disiplin siswa masuk ke dalam kelas pada saat kegiatan pembelajaran di kelas. Untuk meningkatkan kedisiplinan siswa, seorang guru harus mampu memilih cara yang tepat dalam proses pembelajaran. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah : (1) untuk mengetahui Penerapan Komunikasi Efektif Terhadap Disiplin Siswa Kelas XI di MAN 2 Cilegon. (2) untuk mengetahui Penerapan Sistem Reward And Punishment Terhadap Disiplin Siswa Kelas XI di MAN 2. (3) untuk mengetahui Penerapan Tekhnik Disiplin Siswa Kelas XI di MAN 2 Cilegon.Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, peneliti menggunakan penelitian dengan metode penelitian kualitatif. Penelitian dilakukan di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) 2 Cilegon Kota Cilegon. Populasi penelitian peserta didik kelas XI IPS tahun pelajaran 2014/2015, terdiri dari 6 kelas dengan jumlah keseluruhan 238 siswa. Hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa dengan komunikasi yang efektif dan pemberian sistem Reward And Punishment terhadap disiplin siswa kelas XI semakin meningkat. Kedisiplinan dapat dilihat dari kehadiran siswa yang setiap hari tidak ada yang alpa, serta tingkat keterlambatan siswa semakin berkurang.
