Abstract
This research was aimed to know: 1). The direct connection of academic supervision principals (X1) and work motivation of teachers (X2) on teacher performance (Y), 2). Direct relationship of teachers' work motivation (X2) on teacher performance (Y), 3). The direct connection of academic supervision principals (X1) on teacher performance (Y). This research used ex post facto approach (non-experimental) with a correlational design, so in this study did not conduct research, but the treatment of the variabels to study the facts that have occurred and been done by the research subjects. That is manipulating research variable was not done, but just dig the facts by using a questionnaire which contains a number of questions/statements that reflect their perception of the variables studied. The result showed that: 1). There was a positive relationship academic supervision principals (X1) and work motivation of teachers (X2) together with the teacher's performance (Y). Through tests of significance using the F distribution, obtained calculated F value of 14.439, while the price of critical value of F table with 2 degrees of (0.05) obtained a value of 3.32 F table so proved that F count (14.439) > F table (3.32), 2). There was a positive relationship academic supervision principals (X1) with teacher performance (Y). Through statistical tests of significance with t test, t values obtained for b1 of 3.435 while t table 0.042. Thus t value (3.435) > t table (0,042), 3). There was a positive relationship with the teacher work motivation (X2) with teacher performance (Y). Through statistical tests of significance with t test, obtained t value for b2 at 2,752 while t table 0.042. Thus t value (2.752) > t table (0,042)

| Additional Information: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: 1). Hubungan langsung supervisi akademik kepala sekolah (X1) dan motivasi kerja guru (X2) terhadap kinerja guru (Y), 2). Hubungan langsung motivasi kerja guru (X2) terhadap kinerja guru (Y), 3). Hubungan langsung supervisi akademik kepala sekolah (X1) terhadap kinerja guru (Y). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan ex post facto (non eksperimen) dengan rancangan korelasional, Jadi dalam penelitian ini tidak mengadakan perlakuan terhadap variabel penelitian melainkan mengkaji fakta-fakta yang telah terjadi dan pernah dilakukan oleh subjek penelitian. Artinya memanipulasi terhadap variabel penelitian tidak dilakukan, namun hanya menggali fakta-fakta dengan menggunakan angket yang berisi sejumlah pertanyaan/pernyataan yang merefleksikan persepsi mereka terhadap variabel yang diteliti. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1). Terdapat hubungan yang positif supervisi akademik kepala sekolah (X1) dan motivasi kerja guru (X2) secara bersama-sama dengan kinerja guru (Y). Melalui uji signifikansi dengan menggunakan distribusi F, diperoleh nilai F hitung sebesar 14,439, sementara harga kritis nilai F tabel dengan derajat bebas pembilang 2 penyebut 40 pada (0,05) diperoleh nilai F tabel sebesar 3,32 sehingga terbukti bahwa F hitung (14,439) > F tabel (3,32), 2). Terdapat hubungan yang positif supervisi akademik kepala sekolah (X1) dengan kinerja guru (Y). Melalui uji signifikansi dengan statistik uji t, diperoleh nilai t hitung untuk b1 sebesar 3,435 sedangkan t tabel dengan derajat bebas 40 pada (0,025) adalah sebesar 0,042. Dengan demikian t hitung (3,435) > t tabel (0,042), 3). Terdapat hubungan yang positif motivasi kerja guru dengan (X2) dengan Kinerja guru (Y). Melalui uji signifikansi dengan statistik uji t, diperoleh nilai t hitung untuk b2 sebesar 2,752 sedangkan t tabel dengan derajat bebas 40 pada (0,025) adalah sebesar 0,042.
