Abstract
This research is directed to analyze several factors related to performance,namely competence Principal Teacher and School Culture. Researchconducted in the District Cinangka Serang District. The method used issurvey method directly into the field witha questionnaire. Respondents areall teachers in the district CinangkaSerangDistrict selected using simplerandom sampling technique which is taking a random sample of thepopulation based on the frequency and probability of all members of thepopulation is determined as much as 30%, from a population of 162 peoplewithsample of 47 people.The instrument used was an instrument competency Principal, CultureSchool and the Teacher Performance indicators developed in accordancewith the indicator.Hypothesis testing isdone by using the F v test and t .Results of the study found that: Into one: there is a positive relationshipCompetence Principal (X 1 test ) with the Teacher Performance (Y), Second: thereis a positive association Culture School (X ) with the Teacher Performance(Y); There is a positive relationship to three Competence Principal (X 2 ) andCulture School (X ) together with the Teacher Performance (Y), with acoefficient of determination R 2 = 0.193 and the regression equation Y =49.425 + (0.285 X 1 ) + 0.269 X 2 2 .Based on these results, it was concluded that teacher performance can beimproved through increased competence and Culture School Principal.

Penelitian dilaksanakan di Kecamatan Cinangka KabupatenSerang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survei langsungke lapangan dengan penyebaran angket/kuesioner. Responden penelitianini adalah seluruhguru di Kecamatan Cinangka Kabupaten Serangyangdipilih dengan menggunakan teknik simple random sampling yaitupengambilan sampel dari populasi secara acak berdasarkan frekuensiprobabilitas semua anggota populasi dan ditentukan sebanyak 30%, daripopulasi sebanyak 162 orang didapatkan sampel sebanyak 47 orang.Instrumen yang digunakan adalah instrumen kompetensi Kepala Sekolah,Budaya Sekolah dan Kinerja Guruyang dikembangkan sendiri sesuai denganindikator- indikatornya.Uji hipotesis dilakukan dengan menggunakan Uji F dan Uji t.Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa : Kesatu : terdapat hubunganpositifKompetensi Kepala Sekolah (X ) dengan Kinerja Guru (Y), Ke dua :terdapat hubungan positif Budaya Sekolah(X 1 )dengan Kinerja Guru (Y) ;Ke tiga Terdapat hubungan positif Kompetensi Kepala Sekolah(X iv 2 )danBudaya Sekolah (X ) secara bersama-sama dengan Kinerja Guru (Y),dengan koefisien determinasi R 2 2 =0,193dan Persamaan Regresi Ŷ =49,425 + (0,285 X 1 ) + 0,269 X .Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut, disimpulkan bahwa Kinerja Gurudapat ditingkatkan melalui peningkatanKompetensi Kepala SekolahdanBudaya Sekolah. | |||||||||
