Abstract

This research aims to understand the relationship between clinical supervision and competence pedagogical teachers with the performance of a high school teacher affairs in serang city. A population of 490 people sample teachers and teacher 80 people. Data was gathered through poll, next analyzed using a technique double regression analysis program 20.0 spss version. The research results show that: (1) a relation between supervision clinical (X1) with the performance of teachers (Y) produce figures t observation of 2,309 > 1.993 ( t table ) means that the value supervision the school principal (X1) dealing with the performance of teachers (Y) , large to do is as much as 0,238 it means the size of the variant performance teacher who influenced supervision of clinical 18,049 %, (2) the influence competence pedagogical teachers (X2) producing figures t observation of 2,292 > 1.993 (t table) means that the value competence pedagogical teachers (X2) dealing with the performance of teachers (Y) large to do is as much as 0,183 it means the size of the variant performance teacher who influenced competence pedagogical teachers 18,3 % as much as, and (3) the influence of supervision test clinical (X1) and competence pedagogical teachers (X2) of an teachers (Y) of assay anova obtained fhitung 65,536 as much as with a level of significance < 0,001 it, while ftabel in accordance with economic situation significance 0.05 of 3,95 so fhitung > ftabel (65,536 > 3,95) Statistically it means the data used to prove that all the variables free (supervision of clinical and the competence of pedagogical ) influential on the performance of teachers .Or in other words the head of school supervision (X1), competence in a pedagogical (X2) together impact on the performance of teachers (Y). In conclusion of this research is supervision clinical and pedagogical teachers competence both a partial and together associated positive and significantly to the results of performance of teachers high schools in the city of serang with large influence 63 %. It is suggested that the head of school supervision convey plan supervision and the results of earlier to teachers before supervise

Additional Information: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara supervisi klinis dan kompetensi pedagogik guru dengan kinerja guru SMA Negeri di Kota Serang. Jumlah populasi 490 orang guru dan sampel 80 orang guru. Data dikumpulkan melalui angket, selanjutnya dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis regresi ganda program SPSS Versi 20.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) hubungan antara supervisi klinis (X1) dengan kinerja guru (Y) menghasilkan angka t observasi sebesar 2,309 > 1.993 (t tabel) artinya nilai supervisi kepala sekolah (X1) berhubungan dengan kinerja guru (Y), besar hubungannya yaitu sebesar 0,238 artinya besarnya varian kinerja guru yang dipengaruhi supervisi klinis sebesar 18,049%, (2) pengaruh kompetensi pedagogik guru (X2) menghasilkan angka t observasi sebesar 2,292 > 1.993 (t tabel) artinya nilai kompetensi pedagogik guru (X2) berhubungan dengan kinerja guru (Y) besar hubungannya yaitu sebesar 0,183 artinya besarnya varian kinerja guru yang dipengaruhi kompetensi pedagogik guru sebesar 18,3%, dan (3) uji pengaruh supervisi klinis (X1) dan kompetensi pedagogik guru (X2) terhadap kinerja guru (Y) dari uji Anova diperoleh Fhitung sebesar 65,536 dengan tingkat signifikansi < 0,001, sementara Ftabel sesuai dengan taraf signifikansi 0,05 sebesar 3,95 sehingga Fhitung > Ftabel (65,536 > 3,95) artinya secara statistik data yang digunakan untuk membuktikan bahwa semua variabel bebas (supervisi klinis dan kompetensi pedagogik) berpengaruh terhadap nilai kinerja guru. Atau dengan kata lain supervisi kepala sekolah (X1), kompetensi pedagogik (X2) secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru (Y). Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah supervisi klinis dan kompetensi pedagogik guru baik secara parsial maupun bersama-sama berhubungan positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil kinerja guru SMA Negeri di Kota Serang dengan besar pengaruh 63%. Disarankan agar kepala sekolah menyampaikan rencana supervisi dan hasil supervisi sebelumnya kepada guru sebelum melakukan supervisi.
