Abstract
The relationship between the achievement motivation and situational leadership performance by teachers Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Kota Cilegon, Thesis. Instructional Technology Program, Post Graduate, Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University, 2014. The research problem studied is the Relationship between Achievement Motivation and Leadership Situational with Teacher Performance Madrasah Aliyah Cilegon City. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is relationship between achievement motivation and situational leadership with teacher perpormance madrasah aliyah cilegon city country. The method used is a survey research with quantitative approach. Data collected by questionnaire covered.The study sample consisted of 58 teachers from the country town of Cilegon madrasah aliyah. Data collection techniques using the average trend calculations. Pearson Product Moment correlation analysis in a simple way and double to see the correlation between variables. Significance test using the F test and t test with SPSS 16.0 for windows. The calculations show variable Achievement Motivation (X1) and Leadership variable (X2) with variable Teacher Performance (Y) at the output of the significance test related to the coefficient 0.327, which means there is a positive relationship in moderate levels.

Permasalah penelitian yang dikaji adalah hubungan antara motivasi berprestasi dan kepemimpinan situasional dengan kinerja guru Madrasah Aliyah Negeri kota Cilegon. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah ada hubungannya antara motivasi berprestasi dan kepemimpinan situasional dengan kinerja guru madrasah aliyah negeri kota Cilegon. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian survey dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran angket tertutup. Sampel penelitian ini terdiri dari 58 orang guru madrasah aliyah negeri kota cilegon.Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan perhitungan kecenderungan rata-rata, analisis korelasi Pearson Product Moment dengan cara sederhana dan ganda untuk melihat korelasi antar variabel. Uji signifikansi menggunakan uji F dan uji t dengan SPSS 16.0 for windows. Hasil perhitungan menunjukkan variabel Motivasi Berprestasi (X1) dan variabel Kepemimpinan Situasional (X2) dengan variabel Kinerja Guru (Y) pada output uji kebeartian berhubungan dalam koefisien 0.327 yang bearti terdapat hubungan yang positif dalam tingkatan moderat | |||||||||
