Abstract

This study aims to look at the extent of the effect of the application of learning models Student Team Achievement Division (STAD), students' motivation to learn and characters affect the results of study on the subjects of Information and Communication Technology. This research was conducted in SMK PGRI Chemical Serang. This research includes experiments and research using quantitative methods. Random data retrieval techniques, the study sample consisted of 60 respondents from the control class and experimental class. The research data were collected by using tests, questionnaires and observations. Instrument reliability achievement test results determined using the formula of alpha and crombac, achievement motivation questionnaire reliability and character of the students using the formula Kuder Richarson. To test the validity of the study results by using biserial coefficient while the validity of the questionnaire using Product Moment correlation coefficient. From the calculation results obtained tcount> t¬tabel (38.608> 2.045). It can be concluded that, STAD learning model has a significant effect on yield improvement learning lessons of Information Technology and Communication x grade students in SMK PGRI Chemical Serang

Additional Information:	Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat sejauh mana pengaruh dari penerapan model pembelajaran Student Team Achievement Division (STAD), motivasi belajar dan karakter siswa berpengaruh terhadap Hasil belajar pada mata pelajaran Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMK Kimia PGRI Serang. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian eksperimen dan menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan data secara random, sample penelitian berjumlah 60 responden yang terdiri dari kelas kontrol dan kelas eksperimen. Data penelitian dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan teknik tes, angket dan observasi. Reliabilitas instrument hasil tes hasil belajar ditentukan dengan menggunakan rumus alpha dan crombac, reabilitas angket motivasi berprestasi dan karakter siswa menggunakan rumus Kuder Richarson. Untuk validitas tes hasil belajar dengan menggunakan Koefisien Biserial sedangkan validitas angket menggunakan koefisien korelasi Produk Moment. Dari hasil perhitungan diperoleh nilai thitung > ttabel (38,608 > 2,045). sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa, model pembelajaran STAD memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar pelajaran Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi siswa kelas x di SMK Kimia PGRI Serang
