Abstract
The Purpose of this research was examining the factors that affect the employee performance at The Department of Tourism and Culture Office Jakarta. The factors tested in this study were performance measurement system, incentive and remuneration for employee performance. This Research was conducted by using questionnaires to employees at The Department of Tourism and Culture Office Jakarta and also the employees of the management unit of the maritime museum. Questionnaires amount that can be processed are as many as 87. The data obtained were then tested with the help of an application Program SPSS 20. The result of this study indicate that a performance measurement system, incentive and remuneration affect employee performance.
