Abstract
This research was motivated by the low average score of civic education aimed and studens are less active in learning civic education in SMA Negeri 1 Cihara. the research was aimed to find out the influence of project citizen model and critical thingking skill towards students outcome on state-defense for XI graders in SMA Negeri 1 Cihara. Poplatin of the research was tree classes and two classes were taken randomly as sample. One class was taken as eksperimental group and the other as a control group. It was conducted in SMAN Negeri 1 Cihara which is located in Cihara and Ciahara sub district. The research was conducted in odd semester of academic year 2015-2016. The methdo was use is experimental. The data was gained by using a questionnaire to measure critical thingking skill and achievment test with multiple choise questions as much as 30 number. For the statistical hypothesis testing, the research used ANOVA two way with the processing of the data using microsoft excel 2013 it can be concluded is follow : 1) learning outcomes of project citizen model is better than using the conventional models (lecture) 2) The different of project citizen between groupof critical thingking and low thingking. 3) The influence of interaction between model of learning with critical of thinking skill to project citizen. 4) There are different to learning out comes for group of student who have high critical of thinking skill between who get treatment of model of project citizen and model of learning conventional; 5) student learning outcomes in the lower group of critical thingking skil on the there is no different to project Citizen for group of student who have low critical thingking skill between who get treatmen of model project citizen and model of learning conventional.

| Additional Information: | Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi masih rendahnya nilai rata-rata hasil belajar pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan dan kurang aktifnya siswa dalam proses pembelajaran Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan di SMA Negeri 1 Cihara. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh , model Project Citizen dan kemampuan berpikir kritis terhadap hasi belajar siswa di kelas XI SMA Negeri 1 Cihara. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah 3 kelas dan sampel 2 kelas yang diambil secara acak atau random sampling. 1 kkelas sebagai kelas eksperimen dan 1 kelas sebagai kelas control. Lokasi penelitian adalah SMAN Negeri 1 Cihara yang terletak di desa Cihara kecamatan Cihara. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada semester 1 tahun pelajara 20015-2016. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksperimen. Data penelian diperoleh dengan menggunakan instrument penelitian berupa angket untuk mengukur tingkat kemampuan berpikir kritis dan tes hasil belajar dengan soal pilihan ganda sebanyak 30 nomor. Untuk uji hipotesis statistic menggunakan ANOVA dua jalur dengan pengolahan data menggunakan Mikrosft Excel 2013. Dapat disimpulkan sebagai berikut. 1) teradanya perbedaan yang signifikan hasil belajar PKn kelompok siswa yang diberi model pembelajaran Project Citizen (A1) dengan kelompok siswa dengan metode ceramah (A2). 2) adanya perbedaan yang signifikan hasil belajhar PKn kelompok siswa yang memilki kemampuan berpikir kritis tinggi (B1) dengan kelompok siswa yang memiliki kemampuan berpikir kritis rendah (B2). 4) rata-rata hasil belajar PKn kelompok siswa yang diberi model pembelajaran Project Citizen lebih tinggi dari nilai rata-rata hasil belajar PKn kelompok siswa yang dei beri pendekatan Metode Ceramah, jika masing-masing memilki kemampuan berpikir kritis tinggi. 5) tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan, jika msing-masing memilki kemampuan berpikir kritis rendah | |||||||||
