Abstract

Classification of milk agate gemstone, tropical manolia agate gemstone, moss agate gemstone, lavender agate gemstone, synthetical tropical manolia agate gemstone, synthetical moss agate gemstone, synthetical lavender agate gemstone based on each of colour and texture. Because of that, this research have to making the classification of milk agate gemstone, tropical manolia agate gemstone, moss agate gemstone, lavender agate gemstone, synthetical tropical manolia agate gemstone, synthetical moss agate gemstone, synthetical lavender agate gemstone using aritificial neural network algorithm based on colour and texture. Agates image that using for research object are obtained by gemstone seller in cilegon and serang, banten . consist of 15 type of milk agates, tropical manolia agates, lavender agates, moss agates and the synthetical ones. Classification of agates gemstone are using point of colour and texture that type of gemstones. Point of colour and texture that has been obtained are used for classfication substance of each gemstone with neural artificial network. The result of classification of nine times examined indicate of first hidden layer is 20, second hidden layer is 10, and output is 8, 95% accurate. By means, colour and texture that obtained be able to classification of the type of agates gemstone. Keyword : Agates, Neural artificial Network
