Abstract
This study aims to determine empirically the effect of the influence of Total Quality Management (TQM) on firm performance through innovation as an intervening variable. The sample in this study of 40 respondents to the sampling technique is purposive sampling of middle managers and supervisors part market and boardband the telecommunications company. Data collected by spreading questionnaire to the respondents concerned. Methods of data analysis used in this study is the approach of Structural Equation Model (SEM) by using Partial Least Square (PLS) version 3.0 The results of this study revealed that the Total Quality Management (TQM) positive effect on firm performance, and Total Quality Management (TQM) positive effect on firm performance mediated innovation.
