Abstract
Learning of English is learning that emphasized providing direct experience which attractive and impression. During this time students learn difficulty the materials of English because they lack treasury vocabulary of English. To help the students to understand the treasury vocabulary of English so it is important to apply the learning using intructional media of computer have as a base video’s media. This study is designed through Classroom Action Research (CAR). The purpose of this study is to determine the increase of activity and students learning result of treasury vocabulary of English through computer utilization have as a base of video’s media. This study is is conducted in three cycles. Each cycle consist of four phases: planning, acting, observing and reflecting. The indicator of successful study is (1) an increase of teacher learning activity increases from an average score of 1.56 in the preobservation phase with enough category and becomes an average score of 3.13 in the first cycle. Then, the score increases to 3.73 with either category. (2) the students’s learning activities increases from pre-observation with average score of 1.56 with less category to 2.86 in the first cycle and 3.60 in the second cycle with either category. (3) the result of treasury vocabulary’s English students achieve the value of KKM 75, with the result of the average value of the pre-classical observation 74.85 with no achievement of learning treasury vocabulary of English 81.90 in the first cycle and in the second cycle becomes 88.30 so that indicates achievement. The conclusion of the research is that the utilizing of learning media of computer have as a base video’s media can enchance the activity and the result of English studies at the treasury vocabulary in grade VII.A of MTs Al-Hidayah Tangerang City. The research it can be suggested that of use of intructional media of computer have as a base video’s media should be applied to others materials although to others subject because can be make students excited to learn and facilitate students to understand the study the material.

| Additional Information: | Pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris merupakan pembelajaran yang menekankan pada pemberian pengalaman secara menarik dan berkesan secara langsung. Selama ini peserta didik kesulitan mempelajari berbagai macam materi Bahasa Inggris karena para peserta didik kekurangan perbendaharaan kosakata Bahasa Inggris dan pembelajaran bersifat abstrak. Untuk membantu peserta didik dalam memahami berbagai macam perbendaharaan kosakata Bahasa Inggris, maka diterapkan pembelajaran dengan penerapan pembelajaran komputer berbasis media video. Penelitian ini didesain melalui Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peningkatan aktivitas dan hasil belajar perbendaharaan kosakata Bahasa Inggris peserta didik melalui penerapan media pembelajaran komputer berbasis media video. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam tiga siklus. Tiap siklus terdiri dari 4 tahap, yaitu: perancanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi dan refleksi. Indikator keberhasilan penelitian ini adalah (1) peningkatan aktifitas pembelajaran guru meningkat dari skor rata-rata 1,56 pada tahap pra-observasi dengan katagori cukup, menjadi skor rata-rata 3,13 pada siklus I dan meningkat skor rata-rata 3,37 dengan katagori baik. (2) peningkatan aktivitas belajar peserta didik meningkat dari tahap pra-observasi skor rata-rata 1,56 dengan katagori kurang menjadi skor rata-rata 2,86 pada siklus 1 dan 3,60 pada siklus II dengan katagori baik. (3) peningkatan nilai hasil belajar perbendaharaan kosakata Bahasa Inggris peserta didik memenuhi ketercapaian nilai KKM 75, dengan perolehan nilai rata-rata klasikal pada pra-observasi 74,85 dengan indikator ketercapaian tidak tercapai, terjadi peningkatan hasil belajar perbendaharaan kosakata Bahasa Inggris pada siklus I 81,90 dan siklus II menjadi 88,30 dengan indikator ketercapaian tercapai. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini bahwa melalui penerapan pembelajaran komputer berbasis media video dapat meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar perbendaharaan kosakata Bahasa Inggris pada peserta dididk kelas VII.A MTs AlHidayah Kota Tangerang. Saran penelitian ini adalah hendaknya penerapan media pembelajaran komputer berbasis media video perlu diterapkan pada berbagai macam materi pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris maupun mata pelajaran yang lain karena dapat menggairahkan belajar para peserta didik dan memudahkan peserta didik dalam memahami materi yang dipelajari | |||||||||
