Abstract

Increasing of population is also increase the construction of road infrastructure. The road Infrastructure is important to supports economic activities or social activities.Indonesia wich has high-density rainfall causing more damage on road infrastructure. Asphalt Porous is the mixture of asphalt with low grit concentration on purpose to get high void on mixture so the water can escape. Peble has influence to value of stability on mixture, therefore on this research have a purpose to know the performance of asphalt porous using local aggregate on Banten provincy in marshall test. This research using National asphalt pavement association (NAPA) gradation with three kind of local aggregates, there’s; Lebak, Serang and Merak. Variation of asphalt level using on this research are 4,5%, 5,0%, 5,5%, 6,0%, 6,5%. The data using on this research is laston test as much as 60 test object. The result in this research obtained value of stability for Lebak’s aggregate is 740,77 kg with flow 4,03 mm, Serang’s aggregate 680,41 kg with flow 5,28 mm, Merak’s aggregate 782,21 kg with flow 4,03 mm, optimum asphalt level for Lebak’s aggregate is 5,5%, Serang’s aggregate 5,5% and ‘s aggregate 5,5%. Coefficient of permeability for Lebak’s aggregate is Lebak 5,645 x 10 -5 , Serang’s agregat 5,49 x 10 -5 , Merak’s agregat 5,375 x 10 . Key Words : Asphalt Porous , Local Aggregate, and Marshall
