Abstract
Aidina Maulida, 6661072685. Efektivitas Pengelolaan Pajak Restoran di Dinas Pengelolaan Keuangan Daerah (DPKD) Kota Serang. Program Studi Administrasi Negara, Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Ilmu Politik, Universitas Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa. Pembimbing I Drs. H. Oman Supriadi, M.Si. Pembimbing II Maulana Yusuf S.IP, M.Si Kata Kunci: Efektivitas, Pajak Restoran Pada penelitian ini yang menjadi fokus penelitian yaitu efektivitas pengelolaan pajak restoran di Dinas Pengelolaan Keuangan Daerah (DPKD) Kota Serang. Sedangakan rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimanakah efektivitas pengelolaan pajak restoran di Dinas Pengelolaan Keuangan Daerah Kota Serang. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui bagaimanakah efektivitas pengelolaan pajak restoran di Dinas Pengelolaan Keuangan Daerah Kota Serang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif dan yang menjadi subjek dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh pegawai Bidang Pendapatan Dinas Pengelolaan Keuangan Daerah Kota Serang. Instrumen penelitian di sini menggunakan teori dari Tampubolon yang terdiri dari 5 dimensi yang kemudian dikaitkan dengan teori fungsi manajemen dari Terry. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara, dan kuesioner. Dalam analisa data menggunakan t-test satu sampel dengan hasil perhitungan diperoleh angka t hitung > t tabel = (2,49 > 1,729) maka Ho diterima dan Ha ditolak dan dalam perhitungan mencapai angka 64% dari angka 55%. Sehingga hasil penelitian efektivitas pengelolaan pajak restoran di Dinas Pengelolaan Keuangan Daerah Kota Serang dikatakan sudah cukup efektif.

The purpose of this research is to describe an effectiveness of restaurant tax management in the Department of Treasury, Serang City Administration. The methodology of this research is quantitative descriptive and subject of this research are all employees of Income Field of Department of Treasury, Serang City Adminstration. The instrument of this research uses the theory from Tampubolon consisting of 5 dimensions then it linked to the theory of management functions from Terry. Collecting data in this research uses the method of observation, interviews and questionnaires. In data analyzing uses one sample t-test with calculation result, it optained figures t count > t table = (2,49 > 1,729) and then Ho is received and Ha is rejected and in the calculation reaches 64% of the rate of 55%. So the result of this research of the effectiveness of restaurant tax management in the Department of Treasury, Serang City Administration has been quite effective. |
